As one of the top-rated convertible car seats by Consumer Reports, the Nuna RAVA checks all the boxes for many parents. It exceeds safety standards with its all-steel frame; it's one of the easiest seats to install, use and clean; and it has a sophisticated look with high-quality, breathable fabrics.

Installation doesn't get much easier: Underneath the seat bottom of the RAVA is a door that opens to allow the car's seat belt to be threaded through and buckled. Once you close the door, the seat is securely installed.

The RAVA keeps your child in the safest position for longer, thanks to an industry-leading 50-pound rear-facing weight capacity and a pop-out footrest that adds two inches of leg room. The seat grows with your child up to 65 pounds with its adjustable head rest, recline to 10 positions and no-rethread harness.

The Nuna RAVA is one of the only convertible car seats that uses a naturally fire-resistant bamboo/polyester fabric instead of flame-retardant chemicals. Bamboo also helps regulate your child's body temperature, keeping her cooler in warm weather and warmer in cool weather—all while being super-soft, antibacterial and hypoallergenic. 

The RAVA exceeds American safety standards with its all-steel frame, energy-absorbing foam, side-impact protection pods and a reinforced belt path.

As a bonus, the RAVA comes with two cup holders that tuck away when you don't need them—and its seat fabric is washable for the inevitable cup spill.

The Nuna RAVA was updated in 2019; no changes have been made since.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@alfretails.com or come to our store.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

By placing an order through InspireRoll you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.


30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@inspireroll.com or come to our store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@inspireroll.com or come to our store.


RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
